SERVICES
Each of my one-on-one sessions come with a complimentary 10–15-minute Qigong video so that you can continue your practice each day between our sessions. You will get more benefit from Qigong if you practice every day – even if it is just 15 minutes. It can be a great way to start – or finish – your day.
I enjoy working with Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors as well as Acupuncturists because once they give a diagnosis to their patient or client, I can create complimentary Qigong Flows to support the client’s healing process. For example, perhaps they recommend that the kidneys need Tonification – I can design a Qigong Flow that tends to that.
And don’t worry ~ if you are not seeing any professional and want to practice Qigong there are so many Qigong Flows that we can choose from! Qigong is very seasonal so during the different seasons we can focus on different organs and/or elements. In the Spring, we focus on the Liver (Wood). Summer is the Heart (Fire). Late Summer is the Spleen (Earth), Autumn is the Lungs (Metal), and in the Winter, we focus on the Kidneys (Water).
We can even focus on the emotions; perhaps you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or even angry. There are Qigong flows to help purge these heavy emotions and make room for the virtues (positive feelings) to come in.
The world of Qigong is vast in its ability to help bring harmony and balance to the body, mind and spirit.
Online classes happen every Wednesday and Saturday and are 45-60 minute classes via Zoom.
Wednesday Class from 5:00-6:00 pm MST
Saturday Class from 9:00-10:00 am MST
